Rob negotiated a long-term renewal with its new owner AG-SC Hampton Road Owner of Wellesley, MA. The medical/lab building has a total of 83,742 sf and is located in Exeter, NH and the renewal was for 17,120 sf. Fellow real estate counselor, Bob Cleary, CRE of Colliers International was engaged as the real estate advisor for SeaCoast.
