Rob Nahigian,FRICS,SIOR,CRE,MCR of Auburndale Realty Co. in March, 2024 completed a counseling assignment to negotiate a long-term industrial lease renewal on behalf of the landlord. The lease renewal was for 52,000 sf in Holliston, MA for industrial and office space.
