Rob Nahigian, SIOR,CRE,MCR, FRICS completed a counseling assignment October, 2023 on the potential conversion of an industrial building at 290 N. Beacon, Brighton, MA into recording-rehearsal studios. The assignment included research from over 75 sources that culminated in an over 130 page report. BPDA is the potential owner on a property swap from IQHQ and is an initiative by the Mayor’s office on displaced musicians from another Brighton property. The project commenced in April, 2023 by Rob Nahigian.
